- How long have you worked at NHBC?
I have worked at NHBC for three and a half years. I started out as an Assistant Technical Officer, working my way up to Building Inspector and finally Inspection Manager.
- Do you feel supported in your career development?
Absolutely. I have always been encouraged to take ownership of my development and have been offered many helpful pointers along the way
- What highlight really stands out during your time at NHBC?
Being mentored into my current position by my previous line manager. He was aware I had an interest in the Inspection Manager role and took a personal interest in helping me get there.
- What would you say to someone considering a career at NHBC?
