NHBC's Building Control Service

With a passion for construction, our Building Control team are here to support you from inception to completion. Offering a technically excellent, pragmatic and independent service, we are your trusted partner for Building Control. We work extensively on residential, commercial and mixed use schemes. 

NHBC is a Registered Building Control Approver and has over 400 Registered Building Inspectors. NHBC delivers its Building Control service to meet the regulator’s new Operational Standard Rules.

Technology Assisted Inspection (TAI)

A new app, developed to allow site managers to upload "live" photographs for online inspection or re-inspection by the NHBC team, allowing us to work with you more efficiently.
