Business Operations

Our field-based roles require an inspection or surveying background to investigate claims and coordinate repairs. You’ll also find administrative support and customer services roles to apply for, where staff give technical and registration support to NHBC registered builders.

Field Tech

We employ field-based inspectors, engineers and surveyors to work with our registered builders and help them meet Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. We also have roles for professionals providing training, land quality and construction quality services to house builders and the wider construction industry. With our focus on learning and development, we employ graduate surveyors and those from a building-related discipline as trainees.
