Applications for the September 2024 programme have now closed.
Our Business Graduate programme is a fully funded two-year training and development programme. You’ll rotate every six months into a new business area to learn all sides of the business and gain invaluable experience.
Your rotations will be in Claims Operations, Standards, Innovation & Research (SIR), Underwriting and Commercial Services. We'll give you the tools, resources and support you need to learn and develop every step of the way.
Following successful completion, you'll have a permanent role in one of the following business areas: Risk and Compliance, Claims, Data and Analytics, Commercial Services, Underwriting or Operational Business Support. You'll select your preferred area at the time of application.
In your permanent role, your career development will continue with a suitable, sponsored professional qualification. For example, if you're placed in an insurance-related role in Claims or Underwriting, you might study for a Chartered Insurance Industry (CII) apprenticeship.
1. Onboarding and induction
September 2024: Three week core induction.
2. Rotational placements
October 2024 - September 2026: Six months in each of the four highlighted departments.
3. Offboarding
October 2026: Start your new role in one of the six business function areas highlighted in the application.
4. Continuous development
Continue to develop your skills via a sponsored professional qualification, appropriate to your new role.
Entry requirements
We welcome a broad range of people with varying degree qualifications, so it doesn’t matter what you chose to study at university as long as you have a degree or will be graduating this year and be able to start work in September 2024.
Where you'll be based
Our head office is based in Milton Keynes so you'll need to be able to commute here. If the placement you’re on can support it, there may be a chance to work from home for some of your time.
