Dracan Village is a beautiful new build development, located in Drakelow on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent. It’s a prime example of a modern, quality house building, offering detached and semi-detached two, three and four-bedroom houses.
NHBC and Vistry partnered on the scheme, with all homes benefiting from NHBC’s warranty cover.
From the start of the project, Vistry was committed to making Dracan Village a sustainable development with biodiversity in mind. Built in the heart of a regeneration area, it’s on the site of the former Drakelow Power Station which meant careful consideration had to be taken during planning. There was a requirement for remediation of the land so the ground and environment were suitable for new homes.
