Why BEYOND ‘25 LIVE is the must-attend event for house builders
The house-building industry is facing a range of challenges. But it is not the first time this innovative sector has taken the opportunity to think in bigger, bolder ways and look beyond what we know now to successfully deliver quality homes of the future.
This sector has also always been one that thrives on communication and cooperation. That is why BEYOND ’25 LIVE, a new national construction conference and an additional bespoke half-day event in Northern Ireland, have been created.
What to expect from BEYOND ‘25 LIVE
Join us at the Coventry Building Society (CBS) Arena on Thursday 20 March 2025 where there will be four stages hosting our speakers and sessions covering a variety of topics relevant to professionals throughout the house-building industry.

BEYOND ’25 LIVE in Northern Ireland
This half-day event in Northern Ireland takes place on Wednesday 5 March 2025 at The Elk, Creagh Concrete and is an exclusive opportunity to gain updates on regional-specific regulations and industry trends tailored to the local market. Alongside informative sessions, attendees will be able to join a guided factory tour.
Designed to complement the national event in Coventry, this event provides additional localised insights, addressing Northern Ireland's unique challenges and opportunities. And with speakers including James Walsh, Regional Manager from Visqueen, Dermot McDaid, Technical Sales Manager from Gyproc & Isover and Duncan Arrandale, Technical Insights Manager at NHBC, this event is not to be missed.
Padraig Venney, NHBC Regional Director explained “For BEYOND ‘25 LIVE we have worked hard to develop an event that encompasses all the best technical aspects of Building for Tomorrow, considers the challenges facing the sector and incorporates customer feedback from across the house-building industry. And I am delighted that we can also offer the additional tailored half-day event in partnership with Creagh Concrete to consider the opportunities and challenges unique to Northern Ireland.”
