The Technical Building Consultant will review the site details, identify any higher risk areas and set specific tasks to help prevent defects.

Bespoke Technical Risk Management Plan

The plan ensures a more tailored approach to technical risk management, ensuring resource and focus is targeted at higher risk areas of construction to mitigate the risk of defects.

This document records the bespoke approach we will take to mitigating the risks of defects and improving quality across the site. It will highlight risks that might require extra inspections, extra meetings and/or ‘moments in time’ (photographic evidence).

Step 3: Collaboration

A Joint Virtual Meeting is held to agree the final Bespoke Technical Risk Management Plan (copy available in site record book and My NHBC Portal). Further meetings as required.
