Striving towards a more inclusive workplace

Our Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy is focused on providing a shared direction and commitment for the organisation to respect and value our diverse workforce and continue to build a more inclusive workplace.

One way we are moving towards a more inclusive workplace is through Employee Networks. These are groups of employees who share characteristics or life experiences. The networks encourage employees to bring their whole self to work and help to create an inclusive work environment in the organisation.

Launched in 2018, the Race at Work Charter builds on the work of the 2017 McGregor-Smith Review, which found that people from these ethnically diverse backgrounds are still underemployed, underpromoted and under-represented at senior levels.
