Buildmark Connect is our product for commercial premises in mixed-use developments.
What is Buildmark Connect?
Buildmark Connect is designed for NHBC registered builders and policyholder owners of newly built commercial properties which are part of a mixed-use development constructed by an NHBC registered builder.
For owners of commercial properties, Buildmark Connect provides protection up to stated limits against the costs of having to put certain damage and/or defects right with their property during the stated period where the builder fails meet certain NHBC requirements.
