An Immersive Day is the perfect chance to get an in-depth look at your quality in a timely, cost-efficient way. One of our regional Construction Quality Reviewers will join your team to visit up to two of your sites for an interactive walkthrough that doesn't count towards your formal scores.
Based on data from your previous Construction Quality Reviews (CQRs), they'll explore the specific issues we often see or areas of your choice that might be holding you back.

How does it work?
As our regional Construction Quality Reviewer walks the site with up to five people from your business, they’ll discuss the good-practice examples they encounter and things that can be improved.
In advance
We'll agree on the format that suits you best – like visiting two sites close together or running two separate group sessions – and schedule everything for a date that works for you.
On the day
We start each session with a focused feedback review - addressing trending issues from your Construction Quality Reviews (CQRs) or concentrating on the areas you want to improve most.
Structured site walkover
We conduct a structured site walkthrough to engage your team in meaningful discussion and deepen everyone’s understanding of build quality. We review key build stages and their associated scoring, identify any issues on site and explore practical, actionable solutions to improve quality.
We reference existing processes throughout and draw on both customer insights and team experience to ensure the session feels relevant and grounded in real‑world challenges. Where possible, we also highlight strong examples of good practice and help set clear expectations for future delivery.

Not ready for a full day? Opt for an Immersive Session instead
This condensed on‑site session provides focused insight within a two to three-hour visit. You get the same data‑driven advice and actionable recommendations as a full Immersive Day – simply in a more streamline format. The price is based on our Construction Quality Review sliding scale, dependant on volume (between £660 and £925 + VAT).

Any issues highlighted will be discussed during the visit. However, as this is outside of the CQR they will not contribute to CQR scores.

The sessions suit site management, contracts managers, construction directors, quality managers/directors, foremen and supervisors from across the industry. It's ideal if you're keen to gain a better understanding of how CQRs are completed, how the scoring logic is applied and what could be done to improve quality.
