Prior to joining NHBC, I worked as a site carpenter on new-build residential and commercial construction projects.

It’s a great feeling when a builder comes to you and you can offer the necessary expertise and advice to help them achieve their goals.

I feel very supported in my career development. There is constant encouragement to develop. I have found that any desire for self and career development is met with positivity and guidance on how to achieve it.
