How long have you worked at NHBC?
I have worked at NHBC for three and a half years. I started out as an Assistant Technical Officer, working my way up to Building Inspector and finally Inspection Manager.
Do you feel supported in your career development?
Absolutely. I have always been encouraged to take ownership of my development and have been offered many helpful pointers along the way
What highlight really stands out during your time at NHBC?
Being mentored into my current position by my previous line manager. He was aware I had an interest in the Inspection Manager role and took a personal interest in helping me get there.

How do you feel about your current role and NHBC now?
My current role is really pushing me to grow professionally. It has been great to learn so much in a short space of time and to foster relationships with colleagues across multiple departments.
