Our training hubs are a crucial part of our bricklaying and groundworker apprenticeship programmes. Close to live working sites, they provide a realistic environment for our apprentices to learn their craft. Locations have been chosen for their proximity to a large number of active home building sites.
During the initial weeks at one of hubs, the programmes are front-loaded where our bricklaying and groundworker apprentices learn core practical skills as well as health and safety practices. This means they are ready to return to sites able to contribute and already used to an outdoor working environment.
Each hub has a large outdoor concrete slab where apprentices can build substantial structures.
